About Us
Sandra Swanson Dean,
the principal trainer for The Communication Advantage, has
been training professionals since 1984. She has a strong
education background with undergraduate degrees in Speech
Education and English Education. She is a certified teacher
for secondary education. Her graduate degree, from the
University of South Florida, is in Communications Education,
with an emphasis in Adult Education. Her course work
included Instructional Design, Experiential Learning and
Communication Theory.

its Institute of Government. The City of Boynton Beach used
her services to teach a Business Writing series.
